1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and six6a ("six6a", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at six6a.bet. six6a is operated under an international gaming licence, the conditions of which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the six6a platform — including the six6a Casino, the sportsbook, live dealer tables, slot games, the six6a Login portal, and the cashier — you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the six6a platform, including but not limited to users accessing the platform from Pakistan (including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, and all other cities and regions) and any other jurisdiction in which six6a is accessible. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with any local laws applicable to you.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered six6a user account created through the six6a Login registration process.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a user's six6a wallet at any given time, comprising real-money deposits, settled winnings, and any applicable bonus funds clearly labelled as such.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or match deposit bonuses credited to an account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Casino Games" means all slot titles, live dealer games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and game shows), and any other games of chance offered through the six6a Casino section.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals are processed, comprising at minimum a valid Pakistani CNIC submission.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency in which six6a accounts are denominated.
• "Platform" means the six6a website, any associated mobile-optimised web application, and all features, games, and services accessible therethrough.
• "Sportsbook" means the sports betting section of the six6a platform, covering cricket (PSL, international), UFC, football, and other listed events.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it is eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

3 Eligibility

Use of the six6a platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria simultaneously:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. six6a enforces this requirement through mandatory CNIC-based KYC verification. Providing false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
2. You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
3. You have not been previously excluded from the six6a platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or by administrative action.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a current employee or director, of six6a or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
5. You are acting in compliance with any applicable laws in the jurisdiction from which you access the platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of six6a is lawful in your jurisdiction.

4 Account Registration & Management

Each individual may hold only one (1) six6a account. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, CNIC, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering via the six6a Login portal, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. six6a will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your login details secure.

You must notify six6a immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised use of your account. six6a recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available to all registered users from the account security settings.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
• Accounts must be kept up to date — notify six6a of any changes to your contact details or payment information.
• Accounts showing no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month, deducted from the account balance.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

six6a is required under its international gaming licence to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing any withdrawal request. The KYC process is mandatory and non-negotiable. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

As a minimum, KYC verification requires submission of a valid, unexpired Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — both front and back. six6a may request additional documentation including proof of address, source of funds declarations, or proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account restriction.

All identity documents submitted to six6a are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are used solely for identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with our licensing obligations. Documents are stored securely and are not shared with third parties except as required by our licensing authority or applicable law.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All six6a accounts are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard PKR bank transfer. six6a does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency, foreign currencies, or payment methods not listed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa; Rs 1,000 via bank transfer.
• Deposits from payment methods not registered in your name may be refused and returned.
• Deposits credited to your account are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation.
• six6a does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• All withdrawals require completed KYC verification prior to processing.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa; Rs 2,000 via bank transfer.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 17:00 PKT.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the six6a account.
• six6a reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above Rs 50,000.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to wagering requirements as set out in Section 7.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

six6a may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

The following general rules apply to all six6a bonuses unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement — the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds not wagered within the validity period will be removed from the account without notice.
• six6a reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus will be given reasonable notice of any material change.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. six6a reserves the right to refuse bonus offers to any player it reasonably believes is exploiting promotional structures.
• Depositing and immediately withdrawing bonus funds without genuine play constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

8 Casino Gameplay Rules

All casino games offered through six6a — including slot titles, live dealer Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and game shows — are provided by certified third-party game providers. Each game operates using independently audited random number generator (RNG) technology or live dealer equipment. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are available for all slot titles within the game information panel.

• Minimum stakes vary by game and are displayed within the game interface before play commences.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be declared void and the stake returned to the player's balance. Wins achieved during a demonstrably malfunctioning game session will not be honoured.
• Live dealer game results are final once the round has concluded and the outcome has been confirmed by the dealer. Chat abuse directed at live dealers will result in chat restriction or account suspension.
• Maximum win limits per game round may apply and will be stated in the game-specific rules. six6a reserves the right to cap winnings where a maximum win limit is in place.
• Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection during gameplay. six6a is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection.

9 Sports Betting Rules

The six6a sportsbook covers cricket (PSL, international Tests, ODIs, T20Is), UFC, football, and other events as listed. All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation — the odds at the point of confirmation are binding.

• Bets may be placed pre-match or in-play (live betting), subject to market availability for each event.
• six6a reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was erroneously priced due to a manifest error. A manifest error is defined as an obvious and palpable mistake in the setting of odds that no reasonable person would have treated as a genuine offer.
• Bets placed on events where the outcome was already known at the time of placement will be voided and the stake returned.
• In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for the relevant sport as published in the sportsbook rules section.
• Cricket bets on PSL matches: if a match is reduced in overs due to rain or other interruption, the revised DLS target applies. Bets on total runs markets will be settled on the revised total where applicable.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits are set at six6a's discretion and may be changed without notice.
• six6a reserves the right to limit stake sizes for individual accounts where betting patterns suggest professional or syndicated betting activity inconsistent with recreational use.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the six6a platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering more than one account or allowing a third party to register an account on your behalf.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that interacts with the platform without human input.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games, poker, or any other multiplayer format offered on the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Abusing promotional offers through systematic exploitation, syndicated bonus harvesting, or any conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of promotion terms.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct towards six6a support staff, live dealers, or other players.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the accounts of other users.

six6a reserves the right to withhold winnings, freeze account balances, and close accounts where prohibited conduct is suspected, pending investigation. Where a balance is forfeited following a confirmed finding of prohibited conduct, no refund or appeal will be entertained.

11 Responsible Gaming

six6a is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our obligations in this area seriously as both a licensing requirement and an ethical commitment.

All six6a account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a minimum of 30 days up to permanent closure. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the selected period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net gaming activity.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the six6a platform — including but not limited to the six6a name and logo, website design and layout, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of six6a or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of six6a.

Third-party game content (slot titles, live dealer game interfaces, sports data feeds) remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is subject to their own intellectual property protections.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, six6a's aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

six6a shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or expected gains.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or interruptions beyond six6a's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to complete KYC verification, failure to meet bonus wagering requirements, or failure to maintain account security.
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank).

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Account Termination & Suspension

six6a reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10.
• A request by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• A player's own voluntary self-exclusion request.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of Terms or fraud, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting six6a support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned after KYC clearance.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which six6a holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through six6a's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by six6a's licensing authority.

In the first instance, any complaint or dispute should be raised with six6a's support team at [email protected]. six6a will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and will provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

If you are not satisfied with six6a's response to your complaint, you may escalate to the independent dispute resolution body designated by our licensing authority. Details of this escalation route will be provided upon request.

16 Amendments to These Terms

six6a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, six6a will provide at least 14 days' notice to registered users via email or a prominent in-platform notification. For non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision), six6a may update these Terms without prior notice.

Your continued use of the six6a platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should close your account before the amendment takes effect.
